Teaming with Long-time Partners to Bring Retail, Office to Belle Meade

We partnered with H.G. Hill Realty Company and Southeast Venture to bring retail, restaurant and office space to the heart of the affluent Belle Meade community in Nashville. Hill Center Belle Meade is just one project that celebrates our multi-generation relationship with these two companies.

This mixed-use project includes four stories above grade and one story of below-grade parking with three separate structures on the seven-acre site, including a 59,645-square-foot office building, and a 9,822-square-foot outparcel retail building.

Project highlights

Built a 45,500-square-foot Publix grocery store, our first store with an elevator.
Significant groundwater was discovered requiring adjustment to the size of pumps.
Installed a harvesting tank system to capture storm water used for the irrigation system.
Intentional planning and ongoing communication to make sure construction did not disrupt operations for The Picnic Cafe and Party Catering.
