The Chelsea, 12 South Nashville
Creating Community Art with 3,092 Pieces of Lap Siding
Crain Construction helped expedite this design/build project from the time the contract was signed to the completion of construction.
During preconstruction our team looked at constructability and any issues that might impact the urban multifamily development’s cost or schedule. We brought the design team and subs together to find solutions and give the client the finished structure that met their goals. We also phased permits to keep the project moving.
With only 25 feet separating the face of the building and the roadway, construction of this development required careful coordination with suppliers, subs and local codes officials.
Project highlights
- Tight urban site bordered by residential on three sides, a public alley and a major thoroughfare.
